CNC Precision

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining is a process used in the manufacturing sector that involves the use of computers to control machine tools and it can be used to modify die cast part and produce features that can't be produced in the die casting mold, which allows us to customize our machining process to meet our customers specific requirements and budget.

A casting is not always the final product and some extra finishing steps may be necessary in order to achieve the right final result. The finishing process for casting is one of our specialties in which we acquire a lot of experience and expertise throughout the years. OnTops has in-house machining facility with 12 machining centers and 14 CNC lathes offering a wide range of capabilities. For a long time, OnTops was one of the few in Vietnam offering a combination of castings and CNC machining under one roof.

Different type of machining available: drilling; tapping; milling; boring; lathe and turning; and grinding.
