Die-casting

OnTops had 4 Extrusions lines with a locking force of 125 Tons to 1 200 Tons.

Die casting is one of the most common alloys used for the metal thermal forming process. One of the main benefits of aluminum die-cast parts is that they have the advantages of good product quality, high production efficiency, and excellent economic effect. Aluminum die-casting parts are also chosen for their corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties making them the first choice for many applications from consumer electronic housing to automotive to industrial construction.

With over two decades of experience, we handle every aspect of production from the initial design and planning process to the finishing and delivery of your specialized parts. We take advantage of the precision and quality die casting offers while optimizing the results with engineering and quality control. Aluminum die-casting parts are easy to machine for high precision requirements and can be chromated, anodized, and powder coated without difficulty.

Our Aluminum die-casting facility consists of 14 die casting machines ranging from 125 Tons to 1200 Tons of maximum locking force.
